• Products must be either unused, unopened, or gently used to qualify for a refund.
• Gently used means the product has been minimally tested or applied.

Free Returns:

• We cover the cost of return shipping, so you can return with confidence.
• Simply contact our customer care team, and we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

How to Process a Return:

2. Provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.
3. Follow the instructions to ship the product back to us using the prepaid return label.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Important Notes:

• Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• Free returns apply only to orders shipped within the United States.
