Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping within the U.S.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping (optional): 1–3 business days

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery option.

International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within the U.S. We’re working on bringing Genebody worldwide—stay tuned!

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number via email. You can track it anytime using the link provided.

Delays & Issues
While we do our best to make sure orders arrive on time, unexpected delays (weather, carrier issues, etc.) can happen. If your package seems late or missing, reach out to us at contact@genebodycare.com and we’ll help right away.

Wrong Address?
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us ASAP. Once the order has shipped, we may not be able to reroute it.
